Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
The “Oasi Maria Rosa Zangara” establishment is managed by the sisters belonging to the order of the Figlie della Misericordia e della Croce, founded in 1892 by the Servant of God Mother Maria Rosa Zangara. The goal of our house is to offer visitors a serene and welcoming environment, inspired by the values of mercy, hospitality, and fraternity.

2. Accommodation Capacity
The establishment offers the following rooms:

• 5 single rooms
• 9 double rooms
• 6 triple rooms
• 2 quadruple rooms

3. Booking and Payment Conditions

• Reservations can be made via the website or by phone.
• The balance for those who booked by phone must be paid within 7 days before check-in.
• Debit/credit card payments are accepted.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation is free up to 7 days before the arrival date.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made beyond this deadline.
• A 10% discount is available for non-refundable bookings. In this case, full payment is required at the time of booking, and no refund will be possible in case of cancellation.

5. City Tax

• The city tax is €6.00 per night for each guest aged 11 and over.
• Children aged 0 to 10 are exempt from the city tax and stay for free.
• The tax applies for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights (up to a maximum of €30.00 per guest). From the 6th day of stay onwards, no additional city tax will be charged.

6. Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in: from 12:00 PM.
• Check-out: by 09:00 AM on the departure day.
• Any late check-out requests must be agreed upon with the management and may incur an additional cost.

7. House Rules

• Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and common areas.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically agreed upon with the management.
• Guests are required to observe silence from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure everyone’s rest.
• Please treat the furniture and facilities provided with respect. Any damages will be charged to the guest.

8. Responsibility
The management declines any responsibility for personal belongings left unattended in the rooms or common areas.
